Each offer includes a number of revision cycles allowing you to adjust your Landing Page based on your feedback. If issues remain once these cycles are used, we keep working with you until a solution is found, within reason.
A full refund is only granted for a legitimate reason: a blocking bug or a site that doesn't work as intended. A simple design preference once revisions are exhausted does not entitle you to a refund.
Any refund request must reach us within 7 days of the site's delivery. After this deadline, it can no longer be processed.
